Located on a cul-de-sac. Two car garage. Laundry room is located upstairs with bedrooms. Backyard looks west with a view of Phoenix Mountain Preserve. No pets, no smoking or vaping. Furnished and equipped. For full six-month rental preferred. Six-month rental terms: $12,000 paid prior to move-in, final $12,000 at beginning of month four. $5000 deposit.
