Very cute studio apartment in a friendly, very walkable area. Many shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. We stayed for a work conference near town hall and enjoyed the walk.

not very clean at all. left maybe a quarter of a roll of toilet paper and no extra rolls. Fridge was disgusting and the Brita filter for water was also disgusting. Bed was broken and couldn’t sleep flat. Just not worth anywhere near the money we spent.

We stayed here for an event at the convention center and it was perfect. Great for 2 people, anymore would be snug. In a nice area of Philly, easy to walk to tons of food and activities. The bed was very comfy and was great for our 2 night stay. We were able to drop off our suitcases quickly before moving to parking. I do recommend pre-buying parking in a lot/garage close as they tend to be more expensive day of.

Fantastic location. Easily walkable to great food and drinks within just a couple blocks. Easy access to public transportation to the rest of the city. Fantastic value. There was a slight mixup at the beginning but David worked hard to immediately make it right. Would definitely stay again.

Cockroaches-1 Broken Queen sized bed

Upon arrival to the property we followed the instructions sent by the host to access the apartment, while trying to open the apartment number stated on the instructions keypad, we heard people inside the apartment. we messaged the host and he stated it was a TYPO, and gave us the correct apartment number. Finally got into the apartment to find it did not sleep 6 as stated in the listing, there was one queen murphy bed with broken legs so it did not lay flat, along with a wadded up air mattress laying on the floor. We headed into the kitchen and opened the refrigerator as a giant cockroach went running underneath of it, we looked up to see 2 more 3-4in cockroaches on the ceiling. The host was contacted and he stated that he could send maintenance in the morning, but as a health and safety issue we could not stay. Host stated if we canceled the reservation and left he would refund the money, this was over 60 days ago and have not received a refund. The apartment could never sleep 6 as stated, and has a cockroach problem. I only wish we could attach photos and videos. VRBO has not been helpful either. We have been getting the runaround for weeks regarding this matter.

Great Rittenhouse Studio

Great location. Some noise from outside and other units, but that is expected in a city. Cute little studio. Please note there are stairs getting to the unit if you have mobility limitations. Host is very communicative and easy to contact.
