I thought the Staff were great helpful and very welcoming and definitely helped improve the thoughts of the stay there. Downside though the room I felt was heavily misaligned with the perception of what was stated I.e. 3x9 is in imperial measurements and twin bed actually means single bed. I made the most of it but was well unprepared and shocked when I opened the door and could barely move at all. So I do feel the advertisement should be a little clearer or at least show a photo of what you are getting.
