This place was affordable, very clean. No nighttime disturbances. Great location to and from parks, traffic was minimal. Access to groceries, food, and gas. Owner provided all information needed prior to arrival. Pool was nice temperature. Friendly neighbors. The third room beds are more suitable for children than adults, but overall I give this place a thumbs up!

Everything was great. The location was absolutely perfect, the home was spacious & clean. The microwave display wasn’t working but the microwave itself was working, so that was all good with us. Honestly, it felt like home, was a great time, thank you!

This was a wonderful property and perfect for our family and small dog. It was so easy to find and check into. The property had everything we needed and it was so close to the Universal Parks and international drive. We enjoyed the pool at the resort several nights and the property at night was quiet. Great place. Better management

We had a 12 day stay. Paulo was great. The place is very well appointed. We had a maintenance issue and it was remedied in 24 hours on a holiday weekend. Impressive management and response. Going to stay here again next year. Great location as well.

Great condo in Vista Cay

We were in Orlando for a volleyball tournament. The condo was in the perfect location - within walking distance of the convention center, Publix, and many restaurants. The amenities - pool, etc - at Vista Cay were awesome. We really enjoyed our stay. The VRBO listing was a very fair representation of the actual condo. It had everything we needed - the kitchen was well stocked and each bedroom had at least one charging station on the bedside tables. They decor was nice. The condo was "clean enough" but it honestly could benefit from a deep clean. That is truly my only complaint. That being said, we would definitely stay there again.

Orlando volley ball trip

Unit was much smaller than last vista cay rental but acceptable. Unit is older. Location is excellent near new pool and shopping center, mall. Rooms are standard. Balcony furniture chairs are not useable due to frayed sharp wicker arms and seats. Table is also shabby. Cleaning solution smell a bit pungent but unit was clean.

Fantastic Location

Great location with easy access to I Drive and Universal. Disney Springs was less than 20 mins. Pool and Tiki Bar were wonderful. Place is as described. Would stay again and recommend.
