As advertised
I was attending a conference at Rosen Shingle Creek , the unit was an easy walk to the venue and next to a grocery store and other businesses. It was nice to be able to get provisions And they were helpful and communication was good. Highly recommend.

Great accommodations!
We really liked the layout and condition of the property, and the space available inside. Parking was great, very accessible. Some additional kitchen accessories would help (cookie sheet, some additional cookware pieces) and the cellular service was very inconsistent. We could log onto the WiFi, but couldn't connect to our personal hotspots when trying to look at private information. The pool was nice, and drinks were not restricted as in the other section of the property.
