1st Room we had smoked like cigarettes. So they changed us. New room still smelled like a wet dirty mop was used to clean the floor. And it had a greasy feeling to it. AC didn't really work very well at all. Phone didn't work to call for towels. Second morning, no hot water had to call main number to get them to turn it back on. Shower curtain rod was broken. We asked them to fix it in between the 2 day stay and nobody ever bothered. Room 303 needs alot of work. Extremely disappointed that Wyndham would associate themselves with this place.

Terrible experience. My girlfriend and I stayed at Baymont by Wyndham Orlando Downtown on Saturday night, and it was extremely disappointing — especially considering we paid about $230 for one night. As soon as we entered the room, we realized it was not acceptable: • The bedsheets were dirty, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. • The floor and shower were dirty and clearly not cleaned properly. • The towels were old and worn out. • There was a bad smell in the room. • The mattress was extremely old, uneven, and uncomfortable, and we knew we wouldn’t be able to sleep there. My girlfriend was very upset and disappointed, and honestly the room felt so uncomfortable that we decided to leave the hotel immediately. For $230, this room was nowhere near the standards advertised. I would absolutely not recommend staying here, and I believe a refund is completely justified.

Our stay was mediocre AT BEST. I will highlight price point for an overbooked weekend in Orlando was attractive and proximal to where we would be. Upon arrival desk tenant was kind and did great! I don’t remember his name but he was the best part of the place. Arrived to room - wreaking of cigarette smoke. Floor was sticky. Glue on eye lashes and toothpaste on vanity. Mirror was glazed over with dirty looking water. I wiped it down with a damp towel and it was black. Hot water was hit or miss. Luke warm was the consistent norm. Some of the outlets in our room didn’t work. The shower had cobwebs in it. Trim and Sheetrock in bathroom was moldy. Both me and my friend have had major congestion issues since we arrived and departed. Mattress was surprisingly comfortable despite bedding consisting only of a thicker sheet. No comforter. Breakfast was “free” so I shouldn’t have had high expectations but all they offer are yogurt. 8 kinds of bread. cereal. A banana or apple and juice or coffee. Served 6-9. On day 1 of 2 during our stay we arrived at 830 with nothing but white toast, cereal, and yogurt. Day 2 we went early thinking we’d have our pick. If you’re for an event that you just need a place to sleep and shower this will check those boxes. If I had brought my family I would not have felt safe here.
