No one in lobby or answering door or phone number upon arrival. This “hotel” also had very sketchy people hanging out around the outside of the entire hotel. Didnt stay and ended up having to find another hotel room. I wont be using hotels.com app for booking anymore.

Didn't feel comfortable at all the room wasn't as expected to much old items except new mini microwave and room size mini refrigerator. Ñever smelled fresh mildew in the bathroom ceiling no tissue paper holder. Old furniture. Nice remolded floor. Needs a paint job. No coffee or anything. I wasn't satisfied at all drugs alcohol smoking police all weekend Friday Saturday. Po.ol area for small children playing area not safe

This hotel should be removed from all lists. Seriously blacked out. We didn’t stay and I hope we aren’t being charged. This place was a wreck. Around midnight we checked in. Go up to the second floor outside entrance. There is a fellow standing outside our room. He says that he is on the phone with the front desk and he should move so I can stay in that room. Room was filthy. We left. The couple with two children that came in behind us also left. We saw them later down the street at the Hampton. She was appalled at the conditions of the room. They had told her they could clean it. Those are the facts. Personal opinion, scary situation. Please remove them from all rentals lists.

I never stayed in the room. Upon arrival there were 4 police vehicles and an ambulance blocking the entrance to the hotel. I parked adjacent to the hotel observed people hanging out in the parking lot children running wild and windows to occupied rooms dismantled. I double checked the location on my reservation and saw I was in the right place so I walked to the lobby and over heard the assailant tell the officer he didn't mean to beat his very pregnant live-in girlfriend. So there was domestic violence occurring. The occupants of the hotel were actual residents. This was alarming enough so I decided to call a family friend and stay with them. My daughter and I were extremely uncomfortable in that environment. The people were definitely unsavory. I was assigned room 156 but never swiped the card to the door. We were horrified. It was like a scene from the show First 48.

The room had a horrible smell when entering. We were not aware it was a bring your own toilet paper type of room. The washroom was dirty. The door had a hole in it and "lovely" artwork on it. The fridge froze our water bottles, and the inside freezer had food frozen in ice in it. Waking up to a pot smell each morning was surprising. At least there was no bugs, which I'm surprised considering it wasn't clean. Advertised a television, but where is the remote to work it? Checking out, no one was in the lobby. We had to leave otherwise I would have waited another 15 minutes for someone to actually check us out. I left the key on the desk and left. I will NEVER stay here again.
