The pool was fabulously warm compared to other pools experienced in FL and on our cruise. Room was super nice! We slep great and had to leave super early. We didnt get to have breakfast as the hrs are limited for an airport hotel but the shuttle was on time and convenient.

We booked a handicapped accessible room and indicated in a note that my wife was disabled and wheelchair bound. When we arrived, they had no handicapped rooms. We would not have booked there had we known that they would not provide the room we requested. Hotel had nice entry way but hallways were very tired looking.

Sorry to say that ether there was someone smoking in a room. set the fire alarm off. at 230 in the morning.,everyone had to get out of the rooms and waited at lease 1.5 hours

Friendly staff and ok lobby, comfy bed, parking was easy but that’s it. The room was dingy, hallways semi under construction/ being spot painted. And room was very damp. Someone was at the front desk complaining and a damp room was one of them so I didn’t bother asking for a new one and our family of 4 re locating to a possibly other damp room.

Our room was a disappointment to say the least, followed by a greater disappointment on check-out. There were ants throughout our room during our stay. When we notified the front desk, the attendant’s response was, “we will mark the room as unrentable.” I’m very displeased with the state of the room and the inaction of the front desk.

Highly disappointed with management here. They refused any sort of credit for a botched stay...I had no shower curtain and a wet floor, someone with a key tried twice to enter my room at midnight but luckily the door-stopper was engaged. Peephole was blacked out - why? That person was then shouting in Spanish through the door...at midnight, surely waking others. I had no sleep after that. Even though I believe that person was an employee because I could hear plastic rustling (shower curtain), management offered NO apology or credit on my stay "because I completed the stay". WHAT??? Orbitz customer service attempted to advocate with no results but gave me a $25 credit, so that was nice but it should have been a full refund FROM THE HOTEL.
