The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was large and very clean. The hotel location is great! Close to the mall, lots of did options in the area, and close to Universal and International Drive area. Will definitely stay here again!

No manger on duty...No early check in available..Room doors did not lock...room door was open upon my return...front person was also handyman...housekeeping staff..knocks on door too early to ask if I'm leaving. room not thoroughly cleaned..dirt fragments everywhere had to change rooms at 2am..no apologizes no customers service reconciliation.. will report to Hilton as this is unacceptable.

As you walk in you are mesmerized with art, very luxurious lobby, nice bar area. We had dinner and ordered chicken Cesar and flatbread. Bartender was very nice. We were there in New Year’s Eve. The room is clean, smelled fresh, loved the bed very comfortable.
