Hotel floor entrance floor was filthy with urine stain on the corner of entry doors and floor bricks need pressure washing.Room foyer grout and bathroom floor grout were black with grime. Shower temperature regulator fluctuated from luke warm to cold.

Arrived, every staff member was talking on their phone... Had to wait to check in. Went to take a shower, faucet handle came off. Breakfast: Dismal. Out of potatoes, 2 small slices of sausage left. This was at 8:20. No one around to restock or check. Mentioned when checking out these issues - front staff could have cared less. Location was great though!

During our seven-night stay, the full cleaning service—including a change of sheets—was performed only once. This oversight suggested a significant lack of communication between the front desk and the housekeeping team regarding our service requests after the initial complaint. While we appreciate the attempt to address the issue, dispatching several staff members to knock on our door around 6 p.m. was disruptive, especially when we had already clearly scheduled the service for the following day. We were particularly alarmed when a staff member entered our room without permission while we were present, a serious breach of privacy and hotel policy that must be addressed immediately.

When I checked the girl at t desk said I had to park in the parking garage cross the street on the second floor. I told I couldn't walk that far and asked about handicap parking. She said there are some spaces. The closest 150 yards away. My phone said it was a 4.5 minute walk. My handicap made it a 15 minute walk. When I finally got back to the hotel I asked if the had a golf cart service to get to my car in the morning. She said no. I told her I can't do that walk again. She just looked at me and said nothing.I booked at this location because it is very close to the VA hospital I had early appointments and didn't want to fight rush hour trafic on the turnpike and the 417. I was going to go out to get something to eat but I couldn't make that walk again. So I ordered from Dominos and it cost $40 for a med. pizza and a drink including delivery charges. Then when I had recovered from the walk I turned on the TV and the sound didn't work on the remote. I called the desk to et them know. About 20 minutes later a man came to the room and I showed him that the volume button was not working. He left and came back with same remote and new battles I don't know why he thought changing the batteries would fix a button of course it did not and he finally found another remote. In the morning I spoke to I think was the manager and asked again about some sort of shuttle to get to te opposite side of the parking structure . He was very nice I told him that this hotel is not handicap frien

There were 2 issues that caused me not to give high ratings. There was loud music playing we’ll pass 11 pm causing my children not to sleep. The tv also wasn’t working at all.
