Staff was great at taking care of my concerns but the hotel needs upgrades. Lights kept flickering, roach found in room and breakfast items were lacking. It was nice to have shuttle service to and from the airport but next time I’ll splurge for nicer accommodations and Uber to the airport.

The hotel is located in a very hard-to-access area, which made getting there inconvenient. The room itself had multiple issues—it felt very old and poorly maintained. There was little to no water pressure, the lights did not work properly, and they made noises all night, which made it difficult to sleep. The couch was not very clean, and the property looked very different from the pictures online. Overall, it was not a good experience. The only positive was that the staff was nice, and the breakfast was okay.
