Fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable for your family during the holidays, the cleanliness of the house is impeccable and the location is amazing. You need to stay in this apartment, for privacy and security for your family and friends. Is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families.

HOUSE RULES:

Keep AC temperature between 72 and 78 degrees (as temperatures below 72°F may cause the AC to freeze up).

Exceptional Communication

The condo was exactly what expected and needed. Our family had some confusion on dates for reservations, and the communication was quick and accommodating. There were a few questions during our stay, and again, the communication was returned promptly. We will stay there again.

Location was perfect for our needs. We did a conference, Disney, universal & icon park. If traffic flowed, we were at theme parks in 15-20 minutes. There was a wonderful trail around the lake adjoining the property,a pool, gym, clubhouse, Publix, Walgreens, a 7-11, chick fil a, and restaurant options were all within walking distance. The property was clean and comfortable. Our son & my hubby loved the provided PlayStation. We wish the kitchen had more tools like a can opener, baking dish, and sharper cooking knives, but we sent concerns about that, a tub drain that kept closing & some issues with the tvs to the manager & he was very prompt to address them. Miss 301 already!

Orlando vacation

Very nice condo on the 3rd floor that accommodated my family of 8. Kitchen was stocked with enough plates, utensils etc. Publix supermarket and Walgreens are close. Easy to get to either Universal Studios (15 min) or Disney World (25 min).

Very clean easy access

This condo is located very near conference center and center of Orlando. Not far from airport. The place was clean & kitchen well equipped. Towels very thin but clean. FYI Condo overlooks parking area. Stayed in another condo in this complex last year that was similar so we knew how to get in, you have to get access through a road off the main road but once you figure it out no problem. Gated and felt secure. We stayed there with our niece & having bedrooms on either side of living room gave us both privacy. FYI 2nd & 3rd bedrooms have a shared jack & Jill large bathroom. Entry codes easy to remember. Would recommend.

Beautifully appointed resort apartment

The apartment was clean and wonderfully decorated. Bonus was having easily accessible cable television. It was a short walk to the resort pool that has a bar and weekend entertainment.

Decent Condo

The place was fine, yet the guest bathroom tub didn't drain and the AC didn't work. WE argued with the Maintenance people about the AC and the drain, would not recommend the unit because of them.
