The staff was friendly. We were going to a concert at the Kia Center and it was extremely close to walk to the venue so we didn’t have to deal with driving and parking at the Kia center.

This hotel is perfect location for downtown Orlando. You are 3 minutes from Kia center walking and from all downtown clubs, food spots. The only thing is they over charge you. I paid $236 when I used valet parking for two days priced at $30 each day. Took nothing from the room left the room clean . Didn’t charge room service. And this has happened to others as well.

This property was great. My family and I have stayed here before and love the location. Due to the Sky Bar it gets grown at night and the property doesn’t have a pool so not sure it’s that family friendly but my kids are older and really enjoy it. The only thing I had a problem with this time around was the A/C. My wife and kids complained about it not working and being too hot to sleep. I informed the staff at check out.
