Nestled in the heart of Orlando, our luxurious condominium is conveniently located just down the road from Orange County Convention Center and ICON 360 (formerly known as the Orlando Eye). Ideally located 5 minutes from SeaWorld, Discovery Cove and the exhilarating Waterpark Aquatica. Also, just a 12 minutes drive from Universal Studios and Walt Disney World.

IMPORTANT NOTES: There is a $35/day fee for heating the Pool/Jacuzzi. If you just want to have the heated Jacuzzi there is an $18/day charge for it (Minimum of 3 consecutive nights), Grill is $84 one time fee for the week. Max guests allowed is 12. We have a ring door bell camera located at the front door for security purposes only.

Each bathroom includes 2 rolls of toilet paper, while the kitchen is stocked with 2 rolls of paper towels, 5 garbage bags, a dish sponge, dish detergent, and a few dishwasher pods. Bathrooms are also provided with a small toiletries kit (shampoo, conditioner, and soap).

? SELF-CATERING House
Guests are encouraged to visit a nearby supermarket to purchase food and personal items. To maintain hygiene, no leftover food from previous guests is kept in the house.

? Towels:
- Bath, hand, and pool towels are included and available for use during your stay.

? Housekeeping Services:
The home is professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival. No daily cleaning is included. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional charge.

- Barbecue rental to use during your stay: $84 USD for up to 1 week.
- Pool water heating: $35 USD per day (minimum 3 consecutive days)

If you plan to make online purchases during your stay, please note that packages sent via USPS will not be delivered, as the postal service does not recognize vacation homes as standard addresses, and they will be returned to the sender. To ensure delivery, use carriers like Amazon, UPS, DHL, or FedEx.

RVS, Trailers, Buses, Golf Carts or Boats are not allowed at Paradiso Grande.

? Pool Heating IMPORTANT NOTES
- Cost: $35 per day, with a 3-day minimum. Temperature will not exceed 92F and must be requested at least 48 hours before use.
- Pool heaters rely on HEAT EXCHANGE systems and WILL NOT WORK WELL in cold weather. Refunds will not be issued if the desired temperature is not reached under these conditions.
- Our pools are serviced twice a week. The pool technician will access through the pool door (he does not need access inside the house), skim the pool, make sure chemicals are balanced and leave. Usually takes him about 5 minutes to complete the job, unfortunately there is no way to give you a notice in advance as they don’t have a fix schedule.

Our pool heater pumps are equipped with a safety system designed to prevent overheating when operating under strain in cold weather. This system may temporarily shut down automatically the heater to allow the pump to restore optimal functionality.
