Do not book this hotel, fair warning.

Suite was in between a noisy pool and common area. Suite was a cheap attempt to makeover an old hotel. Room lacked correct qty of towels, bedding and pillows. Neither room phone or main number will connect you to the main desk, it seems deliberate. So as soon as we checked in i had to go back to the main desk to get them. The most absurd part of this hotel is they do a horror movie in the common area with a blasting sound system until nearly midnight. When we complained to the front desk about how it was keeping us and our kids awake all night they said there was nothing they could do. There were about 3 people watching this thing at the expense of most adjacent guests, just rediclous. Could not find any towels at the beach or pool for our stay and both the pool and restaurant were filthly. So much for the daily "resort fee" they extort from you. I strongly reccomend you consider a different hotel if you are visiting ocean city. Never in my life would i imagine staying in one of the most expensive hotel suites at the hotel would have such a negative experience. We will never be returning.

Comfortable, nice amenities including a gift shop and coffee shop with breakfast sandwiches for purchase. Right on the beach. Outdoor bar and indoor restaurant and taproom with drinks and food. Festive and relaxing atmosphere. Pool and hot tub were clean but busy. I really loved the dog friendly atmosphere. I didn’t bring my dog but I liked seeing the other dogs on premises. There was a wedding event when we stayed and it didn’t interfere with our experience but added to the excitement of watching their event unfold.

I love that the beach was steps away from the hotel. During our 4 night 5 days stay my daughter and I felt so comfortable and safe. They had many activities going on during our stay the only thing I wish it was kid friendly activities. My other complaint is during our stay all though I asked for the rooms to be cleaned they only managed to clean the beds and take out trash but didn’t sweep how I would like but I didn’t make it an issue since we rarely were in the room. Overall it’s a nice hotel I did feel like I was away.

Decent hotel for a beachfront stay

Fairly decent hotel. Room was clean but a little more sparse than expected. We really enjoyed the beach services provided. There was an unexpected extra nonrefundable fee of $35 or so when I checked in, which was frustrating - luckily I had booked at a low room rate which offset this a bit.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay there. Beds were comfy and room was clean. Staff are really nice and accommodating. I enjoyed the beach food and drink service.
