The room was nice, clean, quiet, and we got a nice view. The staff were very friendly, the area was safe, and it was within walking distance of Union Station, the museums, and dining areas. Definitely, I would book the same hotel for a future trip.

It was good, however I am a Premium VIP member and I got several emails saying I would get a voucher for a meal at their restaurant, but when I got there they said they don’t do those anymore. This was a bit disappointing. The hotel was clean, the staff was kind, the beds were very comfortable. No hand towels or wash towels, which is a bit odd for a hotel to not have. The toilet paper was also a bit quirky. It wasn’t on a roll, but rather in a box (think tissue box). It wasn’t great but it worked.

Place is nice ..bed and pillows great. Disappointed that the restaurant is closed mon and tue, so the food and beverage credit you are supposed to get as part of the $35 per day fee is worthless. Worse...no coffee/tea in the rooms and on Mon and Tue, not to be found in the hotel. Staff is great but lack of coffee/tea makes it a nogo for me in the future

They don’t provide wash clothes or hand towels, the $29 voucher wasn’t given; we received a cheap bottle of wine instead. The toilet paper was individual pieces, not a roll. Couldn’t access the lobby restroom. The bar closed before the listed hours. Parking was $70/day. We were also charged $35 for incidentals that included nothing!

This hotel takes on the European theme no washcloths or hand towels. Charge me $.50 more to rent them and provide them, especially when I ask. The we don’t offer them talk track is not taken care of your guest. If you’re staying here, bring your own washcloths and hand towels. When I was checking out the person right before me said that someone in Housekeeping snuck them some and the front desk clerk said they would get in trouble. Outrageous. The housekeeping employee had more compassion for the comfort of the guest than the hotel chain.
