Room in good condition. Staff were courteous. Could have done better if there is a shoe rack to contain the water/snow so it does not wet the floor.. Slippers should be complimentary in winter..They charge slipper for 5 bucks..

We have visited a view times before Carly’s were removed. The carpets removed and it’s great. The comfy chair/ seat is no longer in the room which was not inviting for a quick visitor leaving them sitting on your bed. The foldable luggage wrack was not in the room that thing is very helpful so our cases are not alway laying on the floor. The towels were very small and extremely cheap. The front desk was very welcoming and helpful.

We booked the 2 queens room, the view was good. We able to see half view of Niagara falls. The cleanliness and facilities is just ok. The staff were good they are accommodating. We haven’t get breakfast at the Hotel but they offered a breakfast for extra cost.

The room was so cold for winter the heater fan was working not the actual heater came out the window is freaking cold because the curtain was too short to cover the window. The floor is dusty and the counter . Need some improvement and proper cleaning. Thanks anyways last thing the parking is not free and the slipper needs to pay unlike the other hotels I used to go in there .

Hallways were dirty and hotel felt aged. Room we had was ok. Once we got to our room there was a note stating that there is no house keeping, bathroom was dirty and with 5 people staying in the room for 6 days I’m sure you can see why no house keeping was an issue. We ended up having to get new towels every day and no old ones were taken so by the end of day 6 with 5 towels per day not the best thing and the smell from the wet towels started to stink, same as garbage. Had a full sized garbage bag that we had to ask for and it just sat in our room for the 6 days we were there. Shower curtain holder was drown at one end and almost fell out. Seemed to be an issue/ inconvenience to get new towels or amenities, had to even as for toilet paper ( wife was not very happy that we were at a hotel and feels like she is having to keep track of thing not really a vacation in her eyes) I have the same opinion. I get it if it was only 1 or 2 nights but nothing for 6 days was a little crazy. Also apparently you can’t wear t shirts in the pool. My son is a bit on the bigger aside and doesn’t feel comfortable without his shirt on but that was an issue.

Check in staff are comfortable at showing how much of an inconvenience guests are. Stayed in Room 123; The tub was gross, advertised as a hot tub, I was surprised it held water. The sink was scary. The room smelled of stale cigarettes, there were some hard pink stain's on the bed spread, and didn't have a fitted sheet. The carpet was gross, we had a little spill and when we dabbed it with a towel it was brown. The door rattled all night from the wind (although it was windy) the heater was also very loud. You honestly get what you pay for and will only stay at chains from now on.
