Was not happy. Room heater/ac did’t work called downstairs and they didn’t do anything. All the facilities were closed. Staff was rude he not understanding. would like to get a partial compensation or gift card.

The staff: -checking in, they wanted to charge for parking, room included parking fee. They see the reservations, if we weren’t paying attention, we would have been charged! -didn’t tell us we had to use our room key to enter the front door after hours. Security feature, I get that! Reception woman stood looking at us fumbling for our key with full hands. My wife found the key and she went through but the door closed promptly after her. So there I was stuck outside in the cold. The woman wouldn’t open the door for me! Stood staring at me. The room: Towels were hair sized towels and were ripped, mold under the silicone in the shower stall. Quite disappointing for the price. Not even coffee in the lobby at 10:00am!

Bed bug alert!!! Be ware. I saw one the day I was leaving, showed the receptionist pictures. Had to throw away all the cloth I had with me. Bed bugs are the worst, they can stay alive up to 6 month. Hopefully my place won’t get infested now
