The room was clean and had a great view. The bed was a bit too hard but for 2 nights it was okay. There were no extra pillows in the room which would have been handy.

Great stay overall—clean room and friendly staff. However, the pool handrail was broken and I nearly slipped, which is a safety concern. The front desk also mentioned a $5 charge to deliver water bottles to the room. The elevator was really slow. Good experience, but a few things need attention to make the stay worth it, especially with so many options to choose from.

We really enjoy the Hilton but this time the service fell short. We have always left our oversized vehicle with valet but this time they would not take it. We went inside to check in and the front desk lady was less than pleasant. She was very dismissive when we asked about parking and was not very welcoming. When we asked Valet about parking they said just around the corner on Adelaide there’s parking so we actually thought it’s around the corner and it was not we got stuck in traffic and eventually after 1.5 hours got to parking that is 800m away. The rooms are very comfortable and the pool is nice. The service is underwhelming , we probably won’t be back because they can not accommodate parking

The Hotel is fantastic. The room had an amazing view. Aside from a few flickering lightbulbs I would have given 5 stars if it were not for that steel bench at the end of the bed. At three in the morning, I ran into it and cut my shins open. The staff were great in responding with bandaids and such. Hilton Hotels, maybe give a think about a better place for that bench. It cannot be the first time that someone ran into it on their way to the loo. Once again, the staff are amazing as you would expect from the Hilton. Thank you.
