This was a last-minute unplanned stay where all aspects exceeded our expectations. Very friendly front desk providing great help with an early check-in to get parked in a busy area to park. They have great location and 'lower-cost' parking options for the area.

The only negative thing I would have to comment on was the carpet in our room. Looked nice but needs a good cleaning. After walking around in the room for a short time, the bottoms of our feet were black! There was even a sticky spot in one area.

This was a convenient spot to stay in Niagara Falls at a fairly reasonable price. The staff were pleasant overall, rooms were a little dated, parking was very confusing considering you can’t access it without your room key. I didn’t realize this was a pet friendly hotel and we had a dog on our floor that barked constantly and woke us up at 6am. I’m not sure why the guests with pets weren’t put on the same floor, instead we didn’t sleep because of this. I would not book here again because of that.

The hotel was great but we were slapped with a credit card fee and a $30 per day parking two blocks away from the hotel. You couldn’t even pay with cash. That was very stressful. Other than that it was beautiful place and it was very clean.
