We had a very disturbing experience at this motel. There were other people staying that would not stop screaming and banging the walls all night. Music was extremely loud as they were dancing around inebriated.We called the office 4 times to complain and we were told other people had called too. He said he was calling the police to have them removed. This never happened and I felt unsafe as they were acting out of control on the balcony too. The next day I talked to management and he said the police were not called and seemed to not care about his guests experience. The mattress was worn out and the refrigerator and microwave were both sticky as well as dirty.

Staff was very friendly while checking in and the hotel is close to everything Niagara has to offer - whether it’s the Falls or Clifton Hill. Also east and cheap parking. We would stay again.

The relation quality/price is great. The place is better than we expected for its very low price. The outside aspects is old and not so good but the room and the bathroom are big, clean, the linen are impecable. Don’t expect a fancy place but perfect if you want to save and have a clean room!
