The room was clean, spacious and the Jacuzzi was nice. The hotel is close to everything so you can park and don't have to drive unless you want. All the staff was very friendly. This is my second time staying here and won't be my last

We have stayed here a few times. Always comfortable and clean. The included breakfast, and coffee in the lobby makes it even better. The main attractions of Niagara are within easy walking distance

The property is located in an area that is easy walking distance to the falls and the Clifton Hill area. We also found it easy to catch the buses near by and to walk to other parts where we wanted to try certain restaurants. We wish the room had a window that could open for fresh air (but realize lots of hotels no longer offer this option). Overall we had a very pleasant stay.

Nice and convenient. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. I was able to easily walk to restaurants and to the main tourist area and felt safe doing so, even as a solo traveler. I aLos appreciated the whirlpool tub, especially after a cold day walking around. The bed was kinda squeaky and the frame seemed slightly shifty every time I first sat on it but seemed to hold up fine and didn’t squeak when I lay down. My biggest gripe really is that in 2025 there is no excuse to not have a plug or charging port next to the bed since most folks use their phones as alarms. Even the godawful truck stop hotel I stayed in last week had bedside charging.
