Absolutely perfect for our 1-night stay! Lovely, welcoming staff, who accommodated an early check-in. The room was spacious, clean with super comfortable bedding. Generous complimentary breakfast with excellent hot and cold choices. Easy, well-priced parking on hotel grounds at $22 for 24 hours. Fantastic location for walking to Niagara Falls!

Great choice when coming to tour Clifton Hill/Niagara. We were able to get our parking pass hours before check-in. We were even able to store luggage well before check in! They texted us when our rooms were ready! Super friendly/helpful front desk people!! Conveniently located… walking distance to all that Clifton Hill has to offer! It is at the top of the hill, so the walk home can be challenging!

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Hot coffee and tea available by the front desk all day, and warm cookies are plentiful in the afternoon. Location was great, 5 minutes walking to Clifton hill and 15 minutes walking to the Falls. There were not enough electric outlets in the room. Breakfast was limited and lacking in flavor and quality. When the cleaning lady wiped the table, she wiped all the bits of food onto the floor instead of disposing them in the trash. Proper cleaning would make the dining room look cleaner and help keep the hotel in good condition. We did enjoy our stay.

Strong urine smell on 107 switched to 404 ok

We checked in early at 9am for a 50$ fee, front desk was friendly and efficient, they gave an addition breakfast voucher. Our room 107 upon entering had a strong urine smell, we went to breakfast and sightseeing and came back at 5pm thinking the smell with the AC on would go away but it was still present. I approached the front desk about the issue, the Assistant manager upon inspecting opened with i wish i could give you a different room but we are fully boked, wait here ill see if i can get room cleaned. The staff had left so they called in someone who was on site and he said yes this is a problem, only then did they agree to switch rooms. The second room 404 was standard, no complaints, few stains on sheets.

One night stay

We arrived earlier than stated check in time to leave bags and head out but they had a room ready for us which was great and much appreciated. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was a very generous size. Hotel has 7 floors and has 2 lifts. Breakfast was included and had plenty of options. Breakfast room did get busy but they make you aware of this and there is a guide to best time to eat to help plan for this. It was less than a 10 min walk to clifton hill. There is a pool but we never had time to use it. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.
