Quiet, friendly staff, room comfortable, bed comfy, ashtrays available outside exits, breakfast available, nice pool area. Coffee, tea station always available as well lemon infused water. Great wifi. Good value for your money. Also love that it’s pet friendly!

Parking is not free. Expensive $ 20 If I knew the parking was not free I would reconsider booking in this hotel

Everything was great - friendly staff, comfortable bed, clean room, breakfast was better than I was expecting. The only thing I didn’t like was lack of carpeting - it was winter so there was lots of snow on our boots which caused puddles in the hallway and in our room, and it caused more noise because of more echo due to no carpeting. There were drunk loud people down the hallway and a family with children who came in the middle of the night, both woke us up. But front desk responded quickly when we complained. I think a lot of the noise issues could be solved with some carpeting

The tvs are very outdated, I had planned a movie night with the kids but wasn’t able to stream anything on the tv so we were stuck watching cable. Wish I had known to pack a casting device to stream from my phone. Somebody was smoking in their room on our floor and you could smell it in the hallway all night, the property did not do anything about this. The floors were dirty, clumps of dust in our room, floor in the pool area was orange like rust, very concerning considering everyone has bare feet. The floor in our room had water damage and was lifting, the children hurt their feet on it. Room was very cold, we were on the top floor and heat was off when we arrived. It didn’t heat up until we left the next day. Breakfast was disappointing, the home fries / potatoes were too hard to even pick up with the plastic fork, the pancake machine did not cook them well, pork sausages were very dry and instead of the bacon that is pictured, it was cold cut slices of ham. I am celiac, the employee told me there were not any gluten free options so I couldn’t eat anything.

Hotel is clean, front desk staff was friendly and attentive, room was an upgraded room but it was a little on the small size, pool is a nice added feature, the free breakfast was so-so but it is hard to complain about something that is free, especially at the price we paid for the room. Would deffinately stay again

Vey good. Just not impressed and find it a little discriminating that the hotell will not rent room for anyone who s adress is in Niagara falls, welland, thorold, fort Erie and st Catherines. Not a proper business practice or policy

It was decent for the price we paid. The hotel staff was good and did their best to accommodate whatever we needed. The rooms were a bit on the smaller side and the beds are ok, overall i give it a 3.5 out of 5.

Pros- close to the Niagra Falls area and good prices Cons- Had to pay $20 a day for parking, elevators are horrific and unbelievably loud, room right next to the elevator, haven't slept in 2 nights. Room is small, no plugs by the beds, the toilet sits too low to the ground
