Our room was awful- there was black mould in the bathroom, the bathroom vent had not been cleaned in what looked like forever, the floor boards were coming up, there were holes in the walls, water damage on the ceiling and the beds felt like you were sleeping on benches. The room was extremely small. The worst part was it cost almost $300 for one night including parking. The staff was very friendly- that’s the single only positive thing I can say. The pool was freezing and not at all what the pictures made it look like. It was extremely tiny. I can’t understand how it got 10/10 reviews, which was very misleading. The pictures on hotel.com made it look newly renovated which I assure you it is not. I got a discount but will be seeking a full refund.

The staff were very nice and professional and the breakfast offerings was ok. However the property needs some work the shower drain didnt work and there was hair that looked like pet hair on the floor. The bed was soft and you hear the springs each turn you make. Window needs cleaning. Property didnt feel clean even though i could see staff cleaning. The washroom behind the reception need to change or deep clean it looks bad i thought it was messy. I woke up in the morning to doors banging/ slamming and the walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors walking, talking, and flushing.

Website and reservations were for Queen beds- we got double beds!! Stuffy in room no fan in bathroom to exhaust humidity and couldn’t open window. Entire bite is laminate flooring which is not in good repair and it’s noisy Breakfast is your typical hotel breakfast no fresh fruit and only boiled eggs rubber sausage too Not sure how these places get the ratings on Expedia but again disappointed with their website

The staff was extremely warm and helpful. We arrived early and they were kind enough to welcome us and hold on to our luggage. They served great breakfast every day, which was helpful.We especially loved returning to the hotel and seeing freshly baked cookies after a walk around the town. Keep up the good work!
