Hotel was ok, but could need some improvements

Hotel was good, breakfast was ok but became boring after the second day. Room was very ok for our family but the cleaning service can be improved. We expected them to use the necessary cleaning sprays and freshners in the room after cleaning the room the following day when we were out. But none of that was done, we could still smell pee and stuff in the bathroom when we came back to the hotel on our second day despite it being cleaned. A room with children needs a good cleaning for the duration of the hotel stay.

everything is new and clean. spacious room, large bathroom. TV without internet, only cable TV, fully corresponds to its price, breakfast is also excellent for such a price. nice girl at the reception. of the minuses - it does not say anywhere that you need to pay $ 20 for parking.

Extremely disappointed in my stay, from start to finish. First was overcharged for the room, then they had me pay additional parking. The room I was given the shower and A/C unit were not functioning and when I brought it to the attention of the front desk she said she couldn’t do anything as they didn’t have a maintenance person in and all the rooms were full. She offered to refund my parking(which still hasn’t been refunded) still not sure how that replaces not being able to shower. Breakfast was very mediocre. Overpriced and barely passable. Will not be returning! Gave them an opportunity to amend the situation for a small refund and they refused. So this is an honest fair review. I don’t believe they know anything about customer service.

I had told the front desk that my room was giving a bad odour due to the ac unit in the room I was not able to sleep all night. There was water running under the sink. I had called about it but they told me to place a towel under the sink. Really terrible experience. I need a full refund as I had a terrible experience. Even in the breakfast area were so many flies. Very bad hygiene

We just checkout and realized that we forgot my kids bag in the drawer called staff david with no help, they just told us the bag was not there but the fact that we just checkout, it’s to much trouble for him or other staff and easier for them to just say not there bye, will not recommend
