The stay was ok. Unfortunately our room was close to the vending machine and arcade. I did not get a good rest as people were quite loud on the first floor even at 5:30 in the morning. Otherwise the room was clean. Waterpark was fun. Staff were friendly.

A bit disappointed

My children loved it immediately so I booked a week. Breakfast was pretty awful. The pancakes and waffles were ROCK hard...not worth it. The service was nice. My room seemed pretty outdated but I loved having so much space. Never got it cleaned though I asked. I also loved Boston Pizza. The water park was kind of lame. It was also so chlorinated that it was hard to stomach. It made us nauseated and gave us headaches. I would have loved to try the spa but I did not get and appointment so book early.
