Room was clean no issues with staff Unfortunately the heating was not working error code was on, used plug in heater overnight. It was late and was tired so was not in the mood to chase it up, mentioned it on leaving said I should have called and they would have over rided it

The room we paid for was an executive suite even though the bed was fine the bathroom was tiny and didn’t hardly have any room . Today when we was leaving the whole of floor smelt of wacky backy I know it’s not the hotel fault but was such stench.

Hotel car park was full so parked at the Baltic. £30!! For less than 24 hours! Not the hotels fault though. Room was pretty basic and a bit tired. Holes in the curtains, stains on the carpets, mould in the bathroom. I couldn’t get the heating to work so the room was quite cold but my biggest annoyance was the constant whirring of the extractor fan, loud enough for me not to sleep well. Another pet hate of mine is a fixed shower head. Bed was very comfortable though.

Check in was rude. Couldn't get away from us quick enough. Room was okay but curtains didn't close enough to block out light so had to put coffee cup on them. Loud noise in bathroom that did not stop all night. Banging of doors constantly although hotel was quiet im terms of noise.

The conditioner would turn off not long after being on, there was a lot of noise, and also the toilet stunk of toilet cleaner. Also the parking was a long walk away from the hotel. I also got told that I will get a room with a big window and I didn’t get that either. I would not suggest anyone this hotel and I will not be coming back. I think I should be getting some money back.
