Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Location is excellent, near Times Square and close to many restaurants and bars. The appartment itself was filthy and clearly not well maintained. There were stains all over the tub and the floors and some of the furnitures. There were filthy rugs underneath the bathroom sink and even the paper towels were dirty. I texted Peter about the condition of the appartment but he didn't answer. We cleaned the appartment ourselves.
