The room was clean, the staff was great! We needed a couple of extra towels and blankets and they were so quick to get them to us. The breakfast was convenient to get the day started. Close to Fulton Center for all your subway needs!

Friendly and efficient staff. Nice decor in lobby. We had a very late plane and they were good about check in. Breakfast items served in steamed plastic are not anything I would want to eat so I stayed with oatmeal, eggs, bacon. Specialty coffee machine at breakfast was nice and quick. We didn't use the free Liberty Cruises because of the weather. Location was perfect. Close to the subway and walkable to FinDi sights

I visit NYC three to four times a year and always like staying in different parts of the city. With that said, I will definitely be making this hotel my go to from now. Everything was just a little nicer and the price didn’t break the bank. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Friendly staff & great location. Breakfast was good & kitchenette in the room was very convenient. Elevator system was extremely slow & we waited 5-10 minutes for each elevator trip. No exaggeration! Other than that, it was a great stay. Thank you!
