Nice stay. Everyone working at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The area is ideal for those wanting to see broadway shows and spend time around Times Square. The room was dated, but clean. I would stay there again,

The location is excellent—just steps from Times Square and a very central spot for all the major tour attractions. It’s close to plenty of shows, shopping, the subway and has some great, affordable food options nearby. The staff overall were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and spacious, featuring a comfortable bed, mini fridge, and a sofa. I’m giving this hotel 4 stars, primarily due to some confusion during check-in. Apparently, there was another guest with the same last name. When I checked in, I was told we were already checked in and good to go, given room keys, and sent on our way. To our shock, when we opened the door, there were already guests in the room. We immediately returned to the front desk to explain what happened and were given new keys to a different room. When we carefully entered, the room was empty, though the TV and lights were on. We confirmed it was vacant and began placing our luggage away. Shortly after, there was a knock at the door, followed by the door opening—stopped only by the interior security lock. It turned out to be the manager, who was trying to confirm who we were and understand what had happened earlier. While we understood the reason, we were a bit shocked that after knocking, he did not announce who he was before opening the door. We also had house keeping open the door without knocking first, so lock the interior locks and bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper because it is right off Time Square.

Amazing location we paid for the high view room which had a great view of the Paramount building. But!! The hotel felt a little run down and was pretty annoyed to find on arrival a hidden “service” charge (we used no extra except WiFi!) for $140 our stay. I understand that’s pretty standard for New York but as a visitor felt cheated. Also no bar as advertised we were told that hadn’t been around since Covid.

Ice bucket was not in room. No cups, no refrigerator (but a space for one), no microwave, there is no restaurant bar in the hotel at all, toilet didn't want to flush, room was very out dated, mold in the bathroom, needs more caulk and silicone. For the room to cost that much and we had these type of issue. For it to be a 4star hotel it didn't give that

Rooms could do with being updated, especially the shower which was terrible. Could do with more staff in reception as waited over 45 minutes to check in, then rooms weren’t ready. Not all lifts were on each day so sometimes waited 20-25 mins to get up/down from floor. Excellent location, comfortable beds and pillows. Friendly and helpful staff, especially the concierge staff who were fabulous.
