I was disappointed by the cleanliness, the carpet wasn't very clean and one spot looked like toe nails on the carpet that was there the whole time. There was also a really strong smell, kind of like a musty/chemical smell. Also the website said there was a Continental breakfast but there wasn't. I did like that it was close to times square and right beside the Hudson theatre where I was seeing a show.

Will not return to this property because in the entire hotel there was no water, coffee, refrigerator, or food of any kind, including no store in which to buy either. This made this the most inconvenient stay I’ve ever had even though the property was amazing and one block from Times Square, each time you wanted any substance, you had to leave the hotel to get it and no there was no way to store anything if you did buy it. I do not recommend, because of this alone.
