The pros: location is great! Easy access to time square, food, and shopping. Beds were comfortable and view is wonderful from the 45th floor! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Shower water pressure was great! And you can prop the windows open! Cons: for as much as we paid for our stay, over $5K, it feels very outdated, areas in the bathroom and shower should be recaulked, no A/C, and we never got the fridge we requested. Drainage issue in the shower and toilet were problematic, thankfully toilet issues were addressed promptly.

The location was great and staff were friendly. I expected the condition of the room to be a lot better considering the prices they charge to stay there. Our room was run down, old and not the cleanest. Again, the location is excellent but not sure if I would stay again at those prices.

Perfect location! Room was clean and larger than other hotels I've stayed at in NY. Staff was very friendly and took care of anything I needed. Room didn't have coffee maker or refrigerator, but they brought both for me. I am lookin to book again!

The room had a nice view. There were fresh clean linens. Comfortable beds. But we had no refrigerator, dust on the nightstand and lamp. And water spots on the entire bathroom mirror. The front desk was pleasant to speak with. And accommodating to holding our luggage since we were early due to show tickets we had.

The heat doesn’t work in the room, so you will freeze. They brought the engineer twice and he couldn’t do anything! And it’s not that clean!

housekeeping didn't clean the room well. the lobby of the hotel is absolutely beautiful, but the rooms give motel vibes. inoperable elevators causing a line to form daily to get to their rooms.special thank you to Mr. Mark over transportation, Mr. Jeffrey front desk and the gentleman who stores the luggage until guest check in or out are Amazing!!!

The front desk lady was ok,the African tall man counting money was in a rush both times I asked him anything,Needs more training on Customer service & patience.The room was hot they do not let the ac on only heat in this weather so the room would get stuffy , it smelled bad the room very outdated needs an upgrade really bad,the carpet was dirty u can tell they haven’t washed it in years,it was not a great 1st time experience.the restaurant is permanent closed in there hotel.I would pick another place it was not worth the $1500 for 3 days sorry.The only convenience was it was near everything especially time square.
