Mid sized room, nearby Times Square. Clean and comfy. Not the cheapest but nothing is in New York. TV worked fine for films and sport. Breakfast was very good and saved a few $’s each morning.

It was nicely located not too far from Time Square. There was lots of restaurants in the area. Our toilet was not working for over 24 hours of our stay. We made numerous attempts to get someone to come and repair it and no one ever showed up. We had to use the restroom in the lobby. When my car arrived from valet it was damaged. One manager told me they would comp the parking and another said that that would not be the case. She told me I should take it to a care wash and have it buffed out. It should be their responsibility to have it buffed because when I arrived it was not damaged. Besides that it served its purpose for us to sleep and shower.

The hotel was fine, but thats about it. It was outdated, the hair dryer in the bathroom broke during the trip and the elevator. The rooms were not soundproof as advertised. Otherwise it was a fine hotel, a bit more expensive than its worth though.

Great visit, would return!

We were very impressed with our overall visit to this HIE. Prior to our stay I received texts from the concierge asking if I had any special requests or questions. She responded to all my questions and even told me the best subway stop closest to the hotel. We were able to check into one of our two rooms early, which was a pleasant surprise. Both rooms received a gift bag with water and a snack. The room was cozy and clean. We received housekeeping even though it was only a two night stay. The free breakfast was organized, well stocked and had a good variety. The location was perfect for our needs, which was Broadway shows. We found plenty of food options nearby as well. We felt safe in the area and I would stay here again.
