I pulled in and immediately noticed the parking was closed by a gate and as I’m going back to my car I heard shots pop off. I was taking a shower and mid shower I lost hot water. The plug and phone by the bed didn’t work Only good out of this was the front desk lady was nice

This was hands down one of the worst stays I’ve experienced. The staff was rude, the walls were paper-thin, and we were forced to listen to other guests fighting and partying all night long. On top of that, the gate wouldn’t even let us out when we tried to leave using our key. Completely unacceptable. I will never return or recommend this place.

Room was ok. I asked why the room was not cleaned they told me that they cleaned every 2 days and my day would be the next day. I told them I had been there 2 days and that I needed towels they then told me that they were short staffed and had no clean towels or wash clothes. Unacceptable.
