Disappointing Hotel

There was water damage that was painted over. The A/C only had one setting and it did not cool off the room within the 5 hours we were gone. When I checked in, there was no room key they could give me because the system was having issues. We found a bra between the couch cushions and there was hair on the couch also, as though someone had slept on it the night before and it wasn’t cleaned. We did not stay the night.

Wonderful choice, as long as not near the balcony

Absolutely loved this hotel. Great location! 8 minute walk to bourbon st. Very clean and secure. Amazing, helpful, sweet and knowledgeable staff. (Everyone, which is rare) A lot of options for breakfast. And wonderful staff. It saddens me to give them 4 instead of 5 stars. And the only reason is that we had the room near the balcony, which whole it was a nice view, came with a constant stream of other guests hanging out there. And for some strange reason their favorite spot was up against our windows. And it sounded like they were in our room, at all hours of the night and early morning. Would definitely stay at this hotel again, in a different room. Highly recommend.
