Seems to be a spacious, clean, and updated hotel. Had an unpleasant experience with the front desk staff during check in that really ruined it for us - he was condescending, unprofessional, inefficient. Not an experience I'd recommend or repeat.

There was feces in the toilet when we checked into our so called clean room. Outside our door the floor / hallway was dirty with trash piled up beside the elevator. Floor looked like it had not been vacuumed. We checked in Sunday afternoon, January 4, 2026.

I was in New Orleans for the first time on vacation. The staff at the hotel were fantastic and super friendly. Our AC wouldn't work in our room, when I called, they promptly had someone there to look at it. They were unable to fix it and moved us to another room quickly. The breakfast was also great! Everything was clean. Would stay again!
