Amazing Hotel, Horrible Valet!!!

Hotel Pavilion is amazing! Very friendly and super helpful. Just absolutely beautiful. The valet services are rude. Couldn't find my car, but instead of saying something to me, I waited for 45 minutes. I had to get the hotel manager involved. Claimed my fob didn't work.... It was just the wrong vehicle.

We had a nice stay. My only disappointment is the coffee. Not having coffee in the Lobby and not having an easy way to purchase from the breakfast buffet without purchasing a buffet. Pods in the room are not a good answer. Even the cheapest hotels have coffee down stairs.

We loved everything about our stay. The building is beautiful and comfortably elegant. The complementary peanut and butter sandwiches were a welcome surprise. The beds were heavenly. Lovely place in a Great location. The staff was courteous and took care of every request. Our room was very clean and confortable. Le Pavillon is our go to for events in the Caeser's Superdome or anywhere downtown.
