The young lady that checked us in was very pleasant and informative. She told us about the shuttle service offered by the hotel for only $10 to take you to the Cruise port which was round trip, however we wasn't returning to the hotel after the cruise. I guess some guest park their cars at the hotel and use the shuttle service to the Cruise port. Also I had two Amazon packages delivered to the hotel in which she made sure I received them. She also told us about different events that was taking place in the area during our stay.
