"FRIENDLY STAFF"
The staff where really awesome, very friendly happy too help, they would be the only reason I would go back, the room was comfortable but their Where heaps of roachers in the bathroom, their was a lot of patchy jobs, the aircon wasnt too good, the beach was dirty I didnt swim at all, the food service took a long time, but worth it and their wasnt much to do because it was in the middle of no where, also the ad said free airport shuttle but the staff said its only free pick up wasnt happy about that as they didnt state that in the ad and it said close to airport its at least 20mins away. But over all my stay wasnt too bad I would recommend it to people with kids because at night it kinda turns into a party scene.

"Nice transit apartment "
We stayed here 1 night before our flight. Staff were great and supermarket right beside hotel for convenience. It was great to be able to do all our washing before we flew back home. The satellite was out due to cyclone but apart from that it was a great place to stay, clean and modern.

"Nice place near to the hustle and bustle of Nadi"
We enjoyed our stay at the Capricorn. The local housekeepers were so friendly and helpful. It was nice to take a dip in the pool after a humid day. For the price you pay, it's well worth the stay. Thanks.

"Nice hotel, away from the hustle and bustle "
Stayed at the Tanoa Apartments the night I arrived and also stayed for 2 nights before I returned to Australia. Extremely comfortable rooms, even though there is no restaurant here, there's a shop at the bottom of the hill across the road where you are able to get fresh fruit and veggies, meat, drinks, fresh bread etc. Staff are very helpful and friendly, nothing is a problem, and the shuttle bus arrived at 6.00 a.m. exactly as requested to take us to the airport, you can't get better than that. Have stayed here before and will definitely stay here again.

"OASIS PALMS HOTEL - A VERY PLEASANT SURPRISE"
BEING A VERY FREQUENT VISITOR TO FIJI (MAINLY FOR CONFERENCE AND BUSINESS PURPOSES) I HAD THE OPPORTUNITY RECENTLY TO SPEND A FEW DAYS THERE AND AS MY ACCOMMODATION WASN'T SELECTED FOR ME THIS TIME AROUND, I LOOKED FORWARD TO SELECTING IT MYSELF AND DID SO THROUGH WOTIF. I WAS NOT LOOKING FOR 5 STAR RESORT STYLE, BUT FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS REASONABLY PRICED, COMFORTABLE, NEAT AND TIDY, AIR CONDITIONED, NOT TOO FAR OUT OF TOWN WITH A CONVENIENT TAXI SERVICE. IT ALSO NEEDED TO INCLUDE A FREE BREAKFAST AND HAVE ALL THE NORMAL AMENITIES SUCH AS A RESTAURANT, BAR AND SWIMMING POOL, AS WELL AS GOOD COMMUNICATION AND AVAILABLE WIFI. THE OASIS PALMS HOTEL HAS IT ALL.

Nadi is the base for every service you could possibly need on Fiji, so you can't go wrong! Book a snorkelling or scuba tour to the coral reef, chase the next big one on a fishing charter or hire a sailboat and disappear into the horizon. The shopping in Nadi is great, and Main Street is the centre of the action. At the end of Main Street have a look in Sri Siva Subramaniya Temple and see the largest Hindu temple in the southern hemisphere. Thanks to the influence of Indian migrants who came to Fiji in the late 1800s, this temple is one of the few places outside India where you can see traditional Dravidian architecture.

Just outside of Nadi you have to visit the Garden of the Sleeping Giant. This fifty acre sanctuary is the best kept secret in the South Pacific. With over 2000 varieties of magnificent Asian orchids it's a wonderful place to spend a day wandering through the gorgeous greenery, calm lily ponds and trickling fountains. The highlight is definitely the orchids, but the walk to the base of Sleeping Giant Mountain is one everyone can enjoy.

15 minutes outside of the city the Sabeto Valley is a lush tropical paradise and a wonderful journey into rural Fiji. One of the most popular sights is the Sabeto Mud Baths, where locals believe the mud has many natural healing properties. To get the benefit come for a visit and immerse yourself in the natural spa experience. Continue on to Vuda Lookout, which from the top offers a 360-degree view and one of the best panoramas on the west coast of the island. On the way back to Nadi stop in at the village of Viseisei, which is fabled to be the first landing point of the original Fijian people who came and settled Fiji over 3500 years ago.

Visitors to Nadi discover the real heart of Fiji, and convenient access to the best this country has on offer. Whether you're looking to explore the beautiful underwater environment, relax on your holiday or dive into the culture - you'll find it all in the area around Nadi. Grab a cheap flight to Fiji, and some great Nadi accommodation. All that's left is to ask your boss for some leave! Come visit Fiji on your next holiday and make it one to remember.
