The resort was very nice. Staff were friendly & helpful. Food was not very good, we often complained to the staff - food was cold, tasted bad, not well cooked, bacon at breakfast overcooked every day, lack of variety throughout the resort. We stayed in the new wing of the resort & the building finishes were not very good - advised management of this issue.

We stayed at the Crown Plaza Fiji for 8 nights to celebrate our daughter's 16th birthday. Some of what we liked include: The buffet breakfast which was great with many options. Our room was spacious and very clean. The staff was attentive and friendly and Dollyn was almost like family. JAZZ night is a must if you're at the resort on a Thursday. We went and it was surprisingly good. Pool aerobics was fun! I looked forward to that at 11.30 am every day. The hotel is a 15 minutes drive from the Marina which has many good restaurants and less than 30 minutes from the airport. What we wish could be better. We wish there were more activities for teens as our daughter was bored. Also consider introducing Happy hour. The cocktails are quite pricey so happy hour would be welcomed by the grown-ups. Overall we had a good stay and would visit the Crown Plaza Fiji resorts again.

Crowne Plaza is on the other side of the NADI international airport, a convenient 15 minute taxi ride from the airport. Our flight arrived at 5:35 am and we were unable to get an early check in at Crowne so we went across the street to the Gateway and got a room for the day and napped until we could check into the Crowne Plaza. Although I booked the room at the Crowne Plaza for 4 people when we arrived at the room, it had only 2 sets of towels and 2 water bottles. We had to call the front desk to deliver more towels and water. Also, our flight did not leave Fiji until late on Sunday and we could not get a late check out. They did offer to keep our bags but we elected to go to the Gateway again and get a day spa room. The Crowne pools were nice and my girls enjoyed the entertainment. One of the reasons I booked this hotel is that it marketed "beach volleyball". One of my girls is super serious about beach volleyball. However, the volleyball is really in a grass area near the beach and is not actually on the beach. Also, they only put the nets up at a specific time and it draws a lot of people with no room to have a game privately with your own party. We asked if we could put up the net and they said no. This was disappointing since it was a basis for me booking the hotel. We never did get to play volleyball. Crowne Plaza also charges a 3% transaction fee for using your credit card, which is likely a violation of their credit card user agreement.

Jessie from the kids club is an asset to the hotel, all the boys who run the daily water aerobics program and childrens club provide fantastic energy and entertainment for all guests!!!! Breakfast beautiful, grounds and pools beautiful. Needed a room change staff were very helpful and upgraded our room, were are very grateful 😁

Beautiful property with the friendliest staff always making sure the guests are happy. The pools are great but the food in the restaurants were too spendy for us. We walked to the restaurants down the beach or enjoyed the great food in the coffee shop, which was reasonably priced. The water in all of Wailoaloa is shallow and not really swimable but there is plenty to do at the resort to keep everyone busy for several days.

Hotel put us in the wing which was under construction. It had a temporary wall put up to block the view from the lounge are which was of the construction site. Everything was covered with concrete dust and caused sinus and asthma problems. The staff very poor at dealing with the situation and not offering immediate full refund. The manager hid in his office and refused to meet and discuss. I have never encountered such poor customer service and treatment from a resort.

Our stay at the Crowne Plaza Fiji from the 11th 18th July was outstanding. Our room was great, the staff are super friendly & the onsite restaurants are good. A special shout out to UNAISI - her attention to detail & outstanding service was on another level. I will definitely be returning to the Crowne Plaza Fiji for my next vacation 🌱💚

We were sold a room with a garden view. The view was of constuction, and it was fairly evident that the room wasn't finished. Dust everywhere, the safe wasn't secured to the wall, the phone didn't work. It seems like thehotel sold the rooms thinking they would be finished, but they weren't. Things improved after we were moved into a room in the finished section the next day.
