Bula!! We were greeted with big friendly smiles from the moment we arrived & it just didn’t stop there. Everyday you were greeted by every staff and they remember your name. Buffet breakfast was the perfect way to start the day even better than Al La Carte menu. Rooms - cleaned everyday with beds made and fresh towels. After a busy day it was great to collapse in the most comfortable beds for a great night sleep. Location - you are spoilt for choice of places to eat and lots of live entertainment. The local TruMart is only 5mins walk down the round for any necessary items you need. Taxis @ your doorstep. The pool is possibly the only disappointment. It is very small, more like a big water feature with a bridge from the main hotel to the deck area. But with an amazing deck area & beach at your doorstep it was not a big deal at all. We will definitely be back. Vinaka!!

Administration was terribly slow & frustrating. Numerous requests to try to join Rewards program! 1st nite we had little sleep in Lv 2 King Room with Beach Club noise beside. Discovered Live Band's play Thurs-Sun!! 2nd nite ok (Rtn fr Islands) as on opposite side after change request!

This place is new and staff are getting use to it. But its a perfect place to stay. Loved our stay .staff are welcoming and friendly. Just be careful of outsiders who sell coconut by outdoor dinning area they are actually selling drugs. We got asked if we wanted some for a young coconut seller. Inside its safe.

The hotel put out food from the night before for breakfast and it was not stored properly. The lamb sausages were sour, the fried rice was dry. The coffee was luke warm, and there was no sugar in the trays you had to ask for it. The hotel management could do way better instead of being cheap. The food prices are way above the area standard everybody was going to next door and neighboring restaurants.

Staff were just beautiful, great location on the beach, their restaurant is good. It’s potentially a bit of a party area? Dining inside was beautiful but if you want to go outside you have to ask the staff each time to turn the music down, it’s so loud you have to yell to hear each other. Personally we were looking more for a relax vibe so we found other places to eat and drink in the afternoons. Other than that one thing, it’s a beautiful place to stay and you really can’t overstate how lovely the staff are.

I stayed here not knowing the hotel had only recently opened. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast had a variety of options and attentive servers. I did notice some things were still being setup (rooftop bar) and my room did have a faint “paint” like smell. I will say that the hotel pool looked rather small, with nowhere to lounge around it. The location is great as it situated on the beach and right next to the Beach Club. Overall, for only being open for three weeks, it was a good experience for a good price.

Hotel was overbooked so we had to wait a few hours to have a room ready. This was an inconvenience due to it already being 8 pm and coming in off of a long flight. We had a bit of drama with our previous accommodation, which meant forfeiting the money we’d already spent and urgently needing somewhere to stay. From the moment we reached out, WG Beach Resort was incredibly understanding of our situation. The night staff and night housekeeper were especially helpful and welcoming, which made a huge difference. The room was clean, comfortable, and gave us the breather we needed after a stressful situation. We did have a small issue with the toilet on our last night, but overall, the stay was just what we needed to wrap up our holiday on a more positive note. Beach basically at the back door, great breakfast... Big thanks to the friendly staff and the welcoming locals it really helped turn things around for us.
