Everything was good except for one item; no hot water! This is the 3rd time I have stayed here and it now has happened twice. Last year and this year, I went to take a shower, ran the shower water for 30 seconds before entering and there was still no hot water. Given my time constraints, I ended up taking a cold shower again this year.when I called the front desk, they sent a maintenance person up. He opened up both the sink and shower faucets and ran them for 2.5 to 3 minutes before the water was hot. At least I now knew for the next time. That said, this us an incredible waste if water due to insufficient water heating for higher levels. I spoke to the front desk and advised them that this should be clearly communicated to clients staying at the hotel. I also requested a partial reimbursement or credit, as this occurred two years in a row. My understanding is that Hotels.com will have to coordinate with Travelodge to this effect. I look forward to hearing from you regarding this matter.

The room is very small and lacks of light, with only two small lamps for illumination. Parking is available but overpriced, which adds to the overall cost. Not ideal for those needing space or bright living area.

Parking was 35$ which I find expensive for Montreal. It didn’t even say it was an upcharge on Expedia. Room was super small and breakfast was SOOOO limited. There was barely anything to eat. For the price of this hotel plus the parking fee, I could have found something so much better than that

Yes, the staff were very courteous. However, the room could have had better lighting, as it only had two table lamps. Although the hotel offered all the necessary amenities, the room itself could have been more spacious. We stayed for two days, and the breakfast menu remained the same throughout, which became a bit monotonous.
