The staff was standout at this hotel. Always friendly and very helpful. Few disappointments however that are noteworthy - bed sheet with blood splotches, tub/shower that took over an hour to drain, leaking faucet and overall musty smell in hallways and room. Also no fan in the bathroom so that could be part of the reason for the smell. Room itself was clean albeit a little rough for wear - scratched hardwood from furniture, stained carpet, etc. View was very nice.

Great location, excellent staff. The interior of the room did not meet our expectations, mostly cleanliness, there was visible dust in the bed frame and in the corners, the furnishing was tired - the price for this conditions should be much lower.

Smooth calm check in, and client service was impeccable. We needed to use the pull out couch and the staff made it up for us and quickly brought extra towels when needed. Roo was beautifully appointed and spacious. We will certainly stay here again.
