we stayed here to attend a family function at the Eaton Center.Arrived early but the front desk staff found a room that was ready for us.Valet parking suited us as our family event was a few blocks away. The room was very nice and comfortable.My only complaint was the low toilet which was not easy for me to use .

As a woman travelling alone and arriving in the middle of the night, I felt completely safe here. The 24-hour- front desk staff was welcoming and spoke fluent English. My room was clean, spacious, and the king bed was extremely comfortable. I was surprised that my room came with a full kitchen (you can even have the staff deliver groceries). The room was quiet. There is a clean basic gym (with incredible city views) and a beautiful indoor pool on the penthouse level, where you can also go to an outside deck for a great view of the city. The area is walkable, felt very safe, amazing shopping and food within a several block radius. I would definitely stay here again.
