We wish we would have earlier instructions about to park on the side of the building to get our parking pass so we could park under the building. We didn’t understand if there would be any parking. Everything else was great about the place especially breakfast.

I enjoyed the free breakfast buffet that was provided with the stay. It was nice to know the traffic times for breakfast posted inside the elevator. The staff were very accommodating, when helping me check in as well scheduling a taxi to the airport when checking out. The rooms were spacious which was nice. It was good to know that the metro stations were like a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

The hotel was good for us, but it is a bit worn and tired in the rooms. Breakfast is good, but very busy, so tables can be hard to find. The room was pretty clean. If you need dishes and utensils, you will need to contact the front desk. Room service is every second day.

The room I stayed in was upgraded and the front desk staff were awesome, otherwise I would have given an lower grade. Room was tired, the elevator doesn't actually need a room key to move, and this hotel is adjacent to a moderately sketchy part of town. The free breakfast was slim picking and the school children staying on a school trip added a certain element of chaos.

Convenient and practicle hotel. Just right.

The Fauborg is a convenient place to stay in Montreal. Easy walking to most major attractions. There is a mall a couple of blocks away where you can shop and eat if the rain doesnt stop. The hotel is a no frills type of place. A little dated but suites have kitchenettes which is a great savings and good place to rest after a day of touring. Breakfast was better than most places. Eggs, potaoes, sausage, fruits, yogurt, juice and coffee. A great srlection of bread, rolls and bagels. What it lacks in glamour it makes up for no nonsense practicality. I loved the hot hot shower in this cold city. Appreciated the good wifi also.

The location of Hotel Faubourg was great—central and within walking distance to many attractions in Montreal. The room itself was spacious, which was a nice surprise. However, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired—the room felt dirty and not well maintained. The included breakfast was very busy and a bit chaotic, making it hard to find seating or enjoy the experience. Overall, it was decent for the location and room size, but cleanliness and breakfast organization definitely need improvement.
