I park my car in there designated parking area when I come back in the morning the sunroof of my car is already broken totally wrecked (vandalism/theft) As per the staff they will not be liable as it is outside there hotel. Police were also not taking action regarding the incident I have to drive with my sunroof broken going to the police station to file a report. Very terrible experience feels like Montreal is not safe anymore.

This is the only hotel that I have ever stayed in with a kitchen/kitchenette, where I had to ask staff at the front desk for kitchen items. Not a plate, not a utensil, not a pot in the apartment. After providing items from their personal kitchen it seems, they brought the items up to the room after an hour or so. There is no sponge or dish soap provided to clean the dishes after using them. Also, one of the staff members came knocking on the door asking if anyone called to have the TV or phone checked out. Obviously, unsure of the room, it wouldve been better for him to double check then to bang on the poor while the privacy sign was hanging from the doorknob. It just appears the hotel is stuck in another time. The staff outfits are all over the place. It would be better to have some uniformity. Our room was located it appears right next to a area they use as a hall. The curtains offered in the room (222) could not cover the windows enough to keep someone from easily looking in the room. No lotion, no body soap, etc. For the amount spent from the Sat June 14-June 19th (approx $1,340 USD), it is definitely not worth it. I definitely should have just stuck to booking a Hilton hotel like I normally do. Honestly, cannot find a reason to reccomend the hotel. Just don't see the value. Lastly, I had to wait for them to check the room before I left to get my deposit back. Once again, never, had I had to wait for that. In short, I dont reccomend this hotel at all.

I had a wonderful experience here in June 2025 traveling with my two young children. The location is not the greatest (20-30 minutes with traffic to most of the "touristy" spots in Montreal) but the room itself was spacious, quiet and comfortable. Free parking across the street underneath the highway is a nice perk. However, if you drive a Honda or Toyota I'd recommend NOT parking it here - car theft of certain models is rampant in Montreal. (I have a Volkswagen so had no problems).

The property is directly beside hwy 40, with parking below ( the highway is raised). A weird location but easy to reach from the highway. Not many resarestaurants close by. Worn furniture, great bed, so so breakfast.

Room was not properly equipped with toilet paper, only had a very small amount left on the roll. They provided some right away at the front desk. The couch has some holes in the fabric, while there is a stove and microwave in our room, there are no pots/pans to cook with which seemed odd (we didn't need them for this stay so never enquired further if they were available at request). Front desk staff were very pleasant and spoke both French and English. They have a restaurant on site, the people working when we ate there did not speak English, we had no issues ordering food and they were very nice, so just an FYI.
