Staff were very friendly and helpful. We don’t normally do valet parking but in this instance it was well worth it. The area in front of hotel can be busy and there was not a lot of public spaces in the parade below hotel. For the additional price, we found the valet service to be great. Buffet breakfast was included in our package and we enjoyed it. Good selection and tasty!! Not sure I would have paid the $37 pp if it wasn’t in our package but we did enjoy the convenience of dining in the hotel first thing in the morning. Best location!!! So easy to walk to everything. Overall a great stay

The hotel was wonderful. The restaurant was wonderful. The bar is wonderful, it's a little expensive. The rooms are a little bit dated. We stayed in the ambassador suite. It was very nice, but dated.Needs to be remodeled.

This hotel is in an excellent location within downtown Montreal, close to the old town and port approx 5-10 mins walk. The hotel staff where helpful, and were kind enough to offer my room 2 hours earlier than normal, which was a big help. The view from the hotel room is fantastic, and you can see the city skyscrapers/and bridges lit up at night. The room was clean and had good overall facilities and was generally very quite for sleeping at night. The hotel has two dining options, and both restaurants are nicely presented , and serve high quality food and drink. The staff at both , where polite and helpful.
