Check-in took over an hour, the Manager was rude. Hot tub broken (and that was our main reason for selecting this hotel). The bedroom smelled bad and had mechanical noise that kept us awake. Hotel was cold, so return to room from the pool was terrible. The beautiful view we were promised was a bunch of exhaust machinery and a wall. Bath tub was tiny. Never staying there again.

Room was cold. They switched us to another room after we spent the first night freezing. That room wasn’t as cold but you definitely don’t have control of the heat we had it turned all the way up but still had to sleep with flannel pj’s and extra blankets. To cold to sit and enjoy the room any time spent in there was spent in the bed to stay warm.

Room was very clean, lady cleaning our room each day did a great job. Easy walks to fun places. Our check in was painfully slow. The lady did apologize multiple times. The pool area WAS COLD!!! Pool was really COLD. They had no joke probably 50 towels around all the windows. Hot tub needed to be hotter to. It was a beautiful layout in regards to pool area but unuseable. (We were not the only people saying holey its COLD!) The GYM was incredibly nice. Nicest i have ever seen at a hotel. We did enjoy ourselves and the location. To sum this up we were not dissapointed, however if we came back to Montreal we would want to experience somewhere else. This didnt have the I'm coming back here every time vibe.
