Overall an excellent experience, very friendly staff, very clean building and rooms. We were very satisfied! Close walk to the mero and st. Catherine's street. Great food all around and the hotel had an awesome breakfast with very good fresh food and drinks.

I was an assigned to a room beside a facility room so it has a huge noise every 10-15 minutes. It was late and I was too tired to request a change. But I don’t think it is a acceptable service to give me that room even though they know what room it is beside to.
