Tout, nous avons attendu la navette de l’hôtel à l’aéroport pendant plus de trois heures et nous avons finalement pris un taxi, impossible de rejoindre l’hôtel, il on envoyé un message disant que la navette passait tout les 20-25 minutes! Rendu à l’hôtel nous n’avions plus notre chambre, il l’avait donné à d’autres personnes car plusieurs avions ont été détournées et d’autres en avait besoin. Nous avions pourtant validé notre réservation l’après-midi même et avisé de notre arrivée tardive: après-minuit. Nous n’avons eu aucun message nous avisant de la situation et il ne répondait pas au téléphone parce qu’il était trop occupé avec les clients. Nous étions 2 couples ( moi et ma maman et un couple de Français). Il nous on envoyé dans une autre hôtel et il y avait une seule chambre pour nous 4! Il nous ont dit qu’il y avait une navette pour l’aéroport à l’autre hôtel et ce n’était pas vrai….. De plus il ont passé le paiement de la chambre sur ma carte de crédit!

We asked please for two beer in the fridge as we were getting in very late. The response was we don't do that. There is no room service. No wifi password was given. We would never stay there again. The room looks like it was painted by someone with impared vosion. Wow. Never again.

The bottom floor has serious water damage throughout. The staff at the front desk were rude and were rarely if ever available to offer assistance when called or when at the front desk.

CAR STOLEN- never stay here!!!

DO NOT STAY here!! I stayed here for one night before flying out of the airport and planned to leave my car for the week. Within 12 hours of my departure my car was stolen from their “secure and gated” parking lot. The hotel has been unresponsive, have still charged me for my stay and the parking!! It was an inside job. They won’t return my calls, I’ve asked for the security footage and they’ve just been extremely difficult to get any information from adyer about a dozen calls. This incident has cost me a great deal of time, stress and money and rummy vacation having to deal with this situation which they allowed happened and were a part of. Do NOT ever, ever stay here!!

Ok hotel, don’t count on the shuttle

We booked this hotel strictly because it was cheaper and had a shuttle, since we had an 11 hour overnight layover. When we landed, we were told the shuttle picked up at gate 8. We could not find this gate so we tried calling but no one answered so we had to take a cab. The next morning we tried to get the shuttle but it’s actually just a 6 seater minivan and it was full so again we had to call an uber. The room was nice for the 7 hours we were there but we were a bit frustrated with the shuttle or lack of

Spacious and comfortable

This property was perfect for an overnight stay during a snowstorm. The room was spacious and clean. We did not utilize any of the amenities, but on another occasion, I would have appreciated the indoor pool, fitness center, and restaurant. My only negative is that the hotel interior seemed very dark.

Reserved on Expedia a room at radisson hôtel .. arrived there and told me they see my reservation on Expedia but not with them .. they told me they couldn’t offer me a room said no more space .. that night there were no other hotels available that had a private spa in the room . Had to cancel on valentine days thank you
