Room was very small, and the view out the window was an old rusty trash can. A/C didn't work in room. Room was very dusty and stale feeling. Was happy when it was time to checkout.

If cleanliness and maintenance matter to you, avoid this hotel. Our first room had an unclean bathroom, so they moved us to another one—but that room had a serious bathroom leak. We had to put towels on the floor because the water spread so much that we couldn’t even use the toilet. The next day, no towels were provided, and the cleaners didn’t replace the bin bags. We reported these issues to reception three times—no apology, no solution, just notes being written with no follow-up. To make things worse, one of the elevators was out of service for three days, leading to long queues and constant waiting. Overall, one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had.

Towels weren’t very clean and facecloth smelled like vinegar, couch was dirty, and bed was mediocre at best. I’ve stayed at Best Western Plus hotels in other cities and this location is by far the worst I’ve seen so far.

Staff were great, only issues were the loud construction that starts at 6am everyday and woke us up, and the AC machine turns on and off and it is very very loud which woke us up throughout the night as well. Very good location which is why we stay here often.
