A very solid experience, smooth check in, clean room, responsive staff, comfortable bed, kitchen was compact and well stocked. Things to know: the breakfast in the hotel is busy and expensive - also the elevators are small, so they are often very busy. The location is excellent and the important parts were great - I would stay here again.

Unfortunately I had made arrangements to have something set up for my partner and myself but they did not do anything and stopped answering when I sent messages. The fridge did not work in our room. We had to wait around for hours to convince the staff to bring a new fridge. Many wasted hours. The elevators took a very long time. Often waiting for 15 minutes or more. The pool was nice, but was very low on water (needed about 1.5-2 feet more water). Beautiful area around the pool. Bathroom was very small (had to go beside the toilet to shut the door). Great location and easily walkable.

We like the beds in the bedroom. The sheets were clean and comfortable. We did not like the sofa sleeper. The spring were bed, very uncomfortable to slip on. It needs new springs. The carpet all over the apartment is fading, looks old and not very clean. The kichinete equipment very old and outdated. Over all, we have a great stay. Thank you.

The size of our room and kitchen amenity was amazing. Rooftop pool was the highlight of our stay, gorgeous views of the city, heated, clean and well maintained pool and towels. This hotel is situated close to everything: dining, shops, the metro and museums. A hidden gem - we would stay here again

We stayed here during our first visit to Montreal. Everything about this facility was very good. We had a room with a kitchenette and that made things very easy. The desk gave us directions to the grocery store and it was about a 20 minute walk easily walkable to pretty much everywhere we wanted to go, including the metro. Parking our car at the hotel was a little expensive, but we didn’t need the car again for the whole trip.

Stayed here for a conference. Room was comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well appointed with utensils and cookware. The rooftop pool was a major highlight. The bathroom had a shower with two different heads which was actually really useful.
