The wonderfully warm welcome from reception upon arrival set the tone for the whole three days. This is a great staff who seem to genuinely care about their guests. La Mezz restaurant was overpriced and food was underwhelming. An eight ounce glass of Ontario wine for $22.50. Rip off. Apart from La Mezz all was excellent. This was my 6th visit over many years and its great to see the many upgrades.

We had an issue with parking at the hotel, but the manager reached out to us and made it right - very much appreciated the excellent customer service. We would stay at this hotel again - square footage of our suite was quite significant!

The hotel was a good value and would stay here again. The only negative is there was construction noise from the building next door. It started at about 6:30 am so woke me up.
