All the staff,from the Concierges,to the doorman,housekeeping ladies,the bar and restaurant chef and their staff,everybody was incredible,friendly and attentive. They anticipate our needs(and wants) we will make it a tradition to come to Montreal early September. Yasmin,Zach,Heloísa,Mauricio,Benjamin,Marcel,Vincent were particularly lovely. I had a lovely stay and overall had a great experience. On the last day there was a loud protest from W Hotel Staff from 7AM - 12PM which really affected my stay. W Hotel - Please pay your staff appropriately because they do deliver a top tier experience.

Friendliest staff ever

Super quick room service. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only con I can think of is the open shower, which is always a bad idea; don’t know why newer hotels think people like open showers (no door). We don’t!
