No bar or restaurant in hotel. Renovations are being done and outside the room window at 6 am they started beating with a hammer. You have to park off site and walk about 6 min. back to the hotel but they forget to tell you that you have to enter to get your vehicle at another building down the street and then try to find your way to the parking garage. Not a good experience. But clean and room was spacious. You get what you pay for!!!

Budget hotel that could use repairs. Things have dents and scratches showing its wear. Housekeeping is coming to your room only every 3 days which caught us off guard. Lots of construction in the area so noise of the big city is there. Was good to have fridge and microwave. Bathroom had only a shower with a strange spout from where it used to be bath. Functioned ok. Location is the reason we picked it and it is worked great that way. Very walkable - across the street from CHUM hospital, 5 min to 2 different Metro lines and St Catherine’s street, 10min to the City Hall and 12-15 minutes to the St Paul’s Street and the Old Port.
