While the staff was friendly and accommodating, there was poor communication between staff members. Therefore, promised services were completely forgotten, there were errors in reservations, and a true lack of follow through. When face to face with staff everyone was kind, understanding and apologetic when mistakes were made, however, the correction for aknowledged staff errors were not communicated to other staff members, leaving us inconvenienced and frustrated. It was a disappointment because we were impressed with our rooms and property overall. But when service is lacking, it leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

We had a lovely stay overall. The room was clean, modern, and very quiet—exactly what we were hoping for. The property is well-appointed with thoughtful touches throughout, and the staff were consistently warm, professional, and attentive. The only downside was an experience at the pool one afternoon, where a group of adults drinking heavily became quite loud and inattentive to their young children, which made it difficult for others to enjoy the space. While the situation wasn’t ideal, I appreciated how calmly and politely the staff tried to handled it. That aside, everything else about our stay was excellent, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Perfectly situated near old Montreal and great walking distance to main shopping area of the city. The rooftop pool was great - small - but such a great amenity for hot summer days. Food at the rooftop bar was okay. Cafe Paper Hill is very close and has the best breakfast. There is also a small grocery store next to the hotel for great take out food options.

Best staff anywhere...call after every request to confirm taken care of. Room quiet, bed comfortable. Only suggestion is that refrigerator small with no freezer and not very cold. But overall wonderful stay!
